Making Things Clear

Post  JJ' on Wed Dec 21, 2011 8:18 pm

There's obviously a problem when two clan members say they will not scrim or play simply for the reason of them thinking they suck. This is not a legit reason to stop playing. Ultimately it's your choice to do what you want, but it shows lack of devotion and lack of caring for the clan as a whole. Just throwing that out there.

Well, I will say that is when you start cracking down on your members. Because, if they do not have enough confidence to go out there and get the job done then, maybe they are not cut out to be in the clan. Yeah, they can say they suck all they want however, I do agree with what you said JJ' " shows lack of devotion and lack of caring for the clan as a whole." So, wrapping this up try to get them motivated boost their moral and if nothing else then that's when you have to use your boot. So, if they truly believe that they suck then make them better and if they continue then you do what you think is best.
